A National Voice Policy
We are a developing organisation and we welcome help with developing our internal policies.
A National Voice is an organisation which works with young people in England. We currently operate a child protection policy, based on the NSPCC guidance, and all staff are trained for this. We also ensure that staff have a current police check. All volunteers will also have a current police check. We operate an equal opportunities policy. All data is kept in accordance with the Data Protection Act.
In addition to this we have comprehensive staff policies and procedures and have relevant insurance to work with young people. Copies of A National Voice policies and procedures are available from our Manchester office.
Our Board of Directors is currently working on our Constitution and this document will be available on this site soon.

We are a young person led organisation. The work we do is guided by our board of directors which is made up of young people with personal experience of Care.
We need your help to develop local and regional structures so we can create a network and share experiences and views.
